Ok, just posted this in TP. I'm getting more and more uncomfy so I wanted to try to get some quicker replies (you girls know how impatient I am!!!). The pain in my side that I was talking about is going into my lower back/bumhole now...owchies!

Ok this is what I said:

How many BHs are normal to have at this point in my pregnancy? Confused Huh? Doh!

Its driving me crazy!! They are coming very regularly but they are not as painful as the ctx I had in the past where I ended up at the hospital etc... Although I did take a tylenol earlier which I havent taken most of my pregnancy so that may be why I am not feeling the pain so much? Ahh I dont know I'm having awful cramps in my side...sooo sick of all this pain!

Thanks for reading ladies I appreciate your help Love Ya!

BHs are very normal at this point. Try drinking a lot of water and laying on your left side. If that doesn't help, start timing them to see how regular they are.

Oh gosh where has time flown!!

LOOK AT YOUR TICKER!

I cant believe you have made it so far, any day now... really, any moment now!!

Any pains you get from now on could be "it" aka "labour".... Happy LOL how exciting!

I know you are sick of all the pains and discomfort but it truly is preparing & doing an important job.

Im sure labour is right around the corner.

Cant wait to see pics of your gorgeous little Ava & reading your birth story. Touch wood you have a wonderful experience with labour & delivery.

Are you getting any "period type pains" or "lower back ache" ?? Or all just in one side of your stomach??

i agree that you really need to relax! the only thing that tell that it is labour is that it get really really regular, otherwise it is going to be that you r  dilating which is going to help you in your labour and make your labour easier and quicker, my bff had pains like the ones you are describing and after 3-4 days she gave birth to her dd, she said that the pain she had before 3-4 days of her actual birth were more bad that her actual birth, her doctor told her that this means that she got dilated back then which eased her birth laterGood Luck Clover

I had so many bh with my pregnancies...but I did know when real labor started.  It started out the same as a lot of my painful bh, but just kept coming and got a lot more painful and frequent.

Good luck, can't wait to hear your birth story:)

Don't concentrate so much on a set #. Concentrate instead on the intensity of the ctx. If they get stronger, you're likely in labor. Jsyk, with DD, mine were never "regular". They came anywhere from 3-12 minutes apart up until I gave birth. So, they don't always have to be "regular", for you to be in labor.

My advice would be to start walking during your contractions and see if they pick up.  Walking during contractions always helped my body kick into labour mode :)  Good luck!!!!
