 I hope you get your girl. I have to say this though, I come from a family of girls who couldnt care less about anything but thier own lives..its a hassle to get them to come to any party but one they host. My husband has a real and a step brother and they are always hanging out and going to see thier moms...It can be both ways. I personally am not in to girl things so maybe god knows what he did giving me 3 boys possibly 4!

 Wow mumof8, that is amazing, you have NINE.  You are amazing!!!!  How many bedrooms in your house? Do they all get on together?  What kind of transport vehicle do you have?

I still can' not believe that I have a girl. Before I went for pregnancy #4 I had decided that I would rather have 4 boys than 3, if I couldn't have a girl. In otherwords If I couldn't have my amazing girl then I'd have an amazing number of boys.  But "mumof8" you have out done me by a few.

 I badly wanted another girll too. I understand how you feel. Looks like this one is a boy too so I will now have DD 3, DS 2, and now another DS. I am sad to not get my DD again and think that now when I have #4 the last one...I am gong to feel so much pressure on myself for my girl.

 TMPOB..is Tell me Pink or Blue. Its an at home blood test that you mail in and they either email you the results or the mail it to you. I must say, I did Intelligender and it said girl 3 times, I did TMPOB and it said Boy two times(I asked for a retest because I was in denial), I thought it was wrong because I had a son in 06, I cried... But Now with the confirmation on Fathers Day... I am definately having a boy!! And now I couldnt be happier. It has taken alot but I am truly grateful especially because I had a miscarriage in 07... I believe god only gives you what you can handle and I pray on day I have a daughter in my home again..... Good Luck!!

Thanks Camberlynn- I pray you get another daughter too. I love my boys more than my own flesh so I know I could love one more.... It would just be a dream come true to have two of each. I am having an U/s on August 10th but have decided against finding out gender. I know I would be sooo sad with BOY. I am going to concentrate on brain, heart and tiny feet. My 7 year old daughter and I are going shopping today to pick out some white or yellow outfits for baby. I was thinking about TMPOB last night. Why do you have to be careful to not let husband or sons come near you while testing, but they claim they can differentiate between fetal DNA and older DNA. HMMMMm Lol, I think I got sooo taken!

  I hope you have another girl.  I just found out my 4th is another boy a few weeks ago.  I also have a girl and two boys.  My dd really wanted a sister and I really wanted 2 of each. I first I was very disappointed, but now I am starting to get used to the idea of another boy.  I am even getting excited about it. The only thing that starts to get me disappointed again is other people's comments.  I have heard a few negative comments about having 3 boys.  My dd is disappointed, but I am hoping she will be fine after she sees the baby.  She is very close to her two brothers.  Good luck!

thank you! I am sure your daughter will be fine, as will mine... but I know the feeling. I really feel more jealous of women who have kids and say they don't care about gender and mean it! I wish that I did not have this strong gender preference. I have heard some pretty cruel comments made to moms and dads about gender- I wish people would stop!  How would my sons feel someday to know I felt this way? Will they laugh about it! Will they feel unloved? I will probaly never tell them...Good luck with baby number four!
