Some how the info got lost. So I dug around and found it. He did the diet 100%, he also abstained for 4 days before attempt. He was forced to be cold a lot and iced his balls. For supplements he took

Zinc (raises testosterone) 50mg -One a day no more

B-12 150mcg -Repairs sperm count if dh has caffeine on a daily bases (daily caffeine isn't recommended)

ginseng 500mg- raises testosterone

L-arginine 500mg- raises pH and sperm count

Vitamin E - 400iu raise sperm count

Fish oil: 1000mg. This will raise his pH and sperm count.

He also tried ACV but he hated it. It gave him the runs so he stopped.

When working on MSU I realized there was a problem. You can not find Trojan condoms that are non-latex condoms that done have lube. This was very concerning to me. Buying a medical condom was very expensive. So I emailed the Trojan company asking them about the lube, the pH and how it effects sperm. They informed me that it does not effect sperm because there is not lube on the inside of the condom. They said there condoms do not damage sperm. The lube pH was neutral. Great news for swayers!

Next I had to figure out the the instead cup. Can they be reused? Do they harm sperm? Well I found out from other forums that people do reuse instead cups for one entire af then throw them out. Just wash them out when you take them out and pop them back in. They are not made of Latex so they are safe for sperm.

Finally we were having trouble with pH strip from the pHion. The top box and the bottom box wouldn't match. What they told me was if one doesn't change but one does to read the one that does change. If both change and do not match then you take the average of the two. So since this is so confusing, I now recommend you get full range pH strips to tell you what box is correct. On the pHion strips. I still like the pHion strips because they give you more exact

You can read the story of 0+12 here. The inventor of o+12 use to post on bc many years ago. She found a study and it made since to her. This was before the 7 sway factors and she only did timing. Based on o+12 alone she got her daughter. She stayed around bc for a while before leaving.

When I was first looking into MSU and experimenting my first contact with a doctor was a complex one. I was on the chat forum on ig here (it use to be for all members) when a doctor from E. came into the chat room. This doctor was not happy that we were doing what they felt was E at home and not paying for it in a lab. The the words of the doc: how dare you sort sperm in your bathroom! You should be forced to pay for such services. Well at first I was shocked, but then I realized that a doc came, found me and confermeded what we were doing was sorting sperm! It was working! Later a different Doc from Ireland emailed me. He had looked over all my research and all my steps. This doctor was greatly impressed by our work and said it would work. He didn't think the % is as good as the studies I posted but with the combo of all 7 sway factors he felt we would be MORE successful than E. Finally a 3rd doctor looked over all the extreme methods and told me that they are all 100% safe, you can not damage sperm dna. That no amount of playing with sperm can cause mc.

Finally I made fast Friends with a biologist the bc board. There is way more info about this earlier in my blog. She helped me to come up with egs su/gdc and msu. She really knows her stuff.

Someone suggested I discuss what was talked about with all the past people. So I will label these by parts. This is party one and will included the inventor of preseed, the acijell and vinegar study

I cant really recall the year it was, but when preseed first came out, the inventor/doctor had a forum. His forum was to handle questions about his product. This was very fascinating to me so I posted several time. We discussed the pH of the product, its reaction to sperm and its effect on swaying. His first comment was he didn't know about swaying so he couldn't comment on that lol. He did say that the small test sample he did found to favor girls. But 1 out of 4 people only turned in there surveys so the survey on this subject was not accurate. His next one was a detailed explanation of the pH and how it works. It was really fascinating! He spent many years working out the perfect pH to keep all sperm alive the longest. We talked about how some sperm can handle different levels of sodium and others can not. In conclusion i think pre-seed only slightly sways for a boy, maybe by 1-3% mainly because the pH is around 7. Do I think those ttc a girl should use it? Nope.

The inventor of aciell showed up on the baby center forums back when I was pg with dd2 so that had to be in 2005. He saw the interest in swaying and thought of it as a money maker. He posted here and their on the forum asking women questions then came up with his jell. However he found he could not market for swaying (fda or something not allowing it) and discovered he could use it to lower pH for women who have repeat infections. So he marketed it for that and dropped the swaying idea; however it was the same product. Now in 2009 the product was recalled due to a error in manufacturing. There has been no news if it will come back.

The vinegar study story is very long and complicated. I wont go into much, but lets just say we don't see eye to eye. I like his research and have imported parts of it into swaying.

Why I think life starts at implantation and not conception

First off Biblically everything I found in the Bible points to life starting in the womb. I also studied animals and how they come about, then I also looked into cloning which does not require fertilization. Then I dove deep into the studies on implanting and what comes of that. Then I searched in the pro-life movement and found that an estimated 10-20% of people feel this way and there is a doc in the pro-life movement (named Dr. John Merritt,) who feels that life begins at implantation. He wrote several papers and books that really make since to me.

2 things happens at implantation. First as soon as the embryo touches the wall of the uterus it chemically changes and changes the body instantly to start sending out the pg single. Also instantly the body immediately sends out fingers of blood vessels and blood immediately starts reaching that embryo. There is also a ton of other things that indicate life at that moment of contact that the doc in the pro life movement goes into.

So when does life begin for animals and plants?

Plants:

The acorn.. is it an oat tree or an acorn? It has the potential of becoming an oat tree but it is not an oat tree. It is oat tree dna. Once you "im" plant the acorn in to the ground it starts the process of life and becomes an oat tree. This can be applied to almost all plants.

Some plants clone themselves. Are they less of a life as an oat tree? Nope! They don't need fertilization to be life

Animals:

The female turkey can clone herself. She does not need sperm to make babies. Like the chicken she still needs to sit on them (similar to implantation) but she does not need a male turkey.

Several lizards do not need sperm to have babies. they can clone themselves as well: whiptails, geckos, rock lizards, blindsnakes and Komodo dragons

There are also fish that clone themselves. A exclusively-female fish species have cloned themselves from the begining of time. They do not need sperm to reproduce.

can this be applied to humans?

I think it can be. Because there is order to nature and life.

What difference does it make where the DNA came from?

I dont think it makes a difference. I think its just dna and can only become a life once implanted. For people who believe life starts at fertilization they feel life starts when the male sperm enters into the female egg and the dna intermingle. Interesting information I found yesterday; some people dont feel that life starts at fertilization or implantation; but rather when the dna intermix; which doesn not happen instantly.

A cloned embryo is simply doing artificially exactly what happens naturally when identical twinning occurs.

not quite. the end process is just like the identical twinning. But to get to that process it is more complicated. So do you think that the clones life began at the end of the cloning process? in the middle or in the beginning?

And what about in Europe. Over there they are working on making a artificial womb to place blasts in. These blasts will be altered to only grow body parts to use in transplants. So a baby with no head or other parts will be created just to harvest organs. Will these embryos be life and have a sole? I really dont know. But in my book I think since it will be implanted into the artificial uterus that they will be life and this shouldn't be done. But this is a really big grey area for me

Ions are a balancing act. You are constantly being bombarded with ions from every direction. Your goal is to have more of one kind than the other (Depending on what you are swaying for). I wonder how an ion meeter would effect a persons sway? What would happen if they wore it all the time and saw there ions were dropping they would adjust it? Hmmmmmmm

Pre-ovulation tempatures and the effect on swaying

If you watch your temps for 4 cycles you will see 2 are the same range of temps,then one might be high and one might be low. Those two that are the same are YOUR normal (no one has the same normal). The cycle that is low is boy cycle due to hormones causing your temp to be low, the cycle that is high is your girl cycle due to hormones. The only way to know how your cycle is doing is to know what your normal is. Temps are showing you how your hormones are responding. Also a warmer than normal cycle cause your pH to drop because heat lowers pH. Just as a colder than normal cycle cause your pH to rise. Yes, a boy can be conceived in girl zone and vice versa. But it wont sway as well because your hormones aren't swaying well. Remember, everything is linked together.

Hormones: studies find that when a man or women has certain hormones in their body they will have a certain gender. No one really knows why, they just know it works

pH: Studies find that when a mans or womens pH is high or low it will sway for boy or girl. the reason is because it helps to energize or weaken certain sperm

minerals: Studies find that when calcium, potassium, sodium or magnesium are in the semen or cm it can help certain sperm to capitate faster than others

ions: in food ions help with pH. certain foods and minerals have more + or - ions (ions only effect dh with food and minerals; moon does not effect it)

temp of food: hot foods lower pH, cold foods raise pH

Each food is effected in some way by these things

examples:
red meat will raise testosterone, slightly lower pH, give lots of potassium, sodium, some cal and mag has + ions and if eaten cold will raise pH
Potatoes: will raise testosterone, raise pH, is a power house in potassium and sodium, has no cal some ma, is +ions and when eaten as a potato chip will raise pH

For ttc a boy you want:

Dw to have high estrogen, high testosterone and low progesterone (not low in the 2ww however
Dh you want high testosterone, and low estrogen.

There are supplements and drinks you can take to alter your hormones to sway for boy or girl. These are listed in the FAQ section. You also alter hormones by exercise (cardio girl, weights boy), and diet.

An interesting finding found in a Chinese study was that cycles have an average temp range. Then, every now and they your pre-o temps will be higher than normal. This would favor girl (means progesterone is higher). Then every now and they your pre-O temps are lower than normal. This would favor boy (means progesterone is low and estrogen is up). So you will know your supplements are working if you can adjust your temps to either above or below your average for the gender you are ttc. I will go into a deeper explanation of this in another post

Here is info for sperm.

Outside the body on a surface like a sink in a humid bathroom sperm can live up to 4 hours. In an incubator at the perfect pH and temp they can live up to 48 hours. In a glass container tucked into your bra they can live up to 24 hours.

In your vj the sperm swim into the cervix crypts. In this crypts they can live in the perfect conditions (ewcm) at a max of 11 days (this is rare). Average is 3-5 days.

Both x and y sperm have the same life span. An 11 day old y sperm can live just as long as a 11 day old x sperm.

Now as for sperm speed, resilients, and size this is all debatable:

Most scientist feel that x and y sperm have the same speed and resilients. X sperm do have more dna and are slightly larger but this can not be seen on a scope- only micorsort can really tell the difference

Modified swim up scientist feel that y sperm are faster than x sperm and that x sperm swim in angles (which looks like circles on a scope). They also feel that the 5% top swimmers are super x swimmers. Studies for this is in the Gold section of ig.

I thought I would post what it was like to find out you are having they baby we worked so hard for. I kind of had a clue that it might be a boy when I posted an 11 week pic and CC said there was a boy nub (I didn't even know there was a nub on that pic!). So when May came I was going to tell no one on ig about my ultrasound. The reason for this is because I was getting asked threw pm's every day about it. So my birthday came and I had pre-set up our ultrasound for that morning. I didn't tell any of our family; only dh knew. The plan was to find out the sex, then go fishing and then go to my bday party that night and tell everyone then. For IG I planed to tell everyone in code for the fun of it lol. So dh and I dropped off the girls at my parents house and we were running behind and it was raining. My mom thought it was so weird that we went rushing out the door to fish in the rain lol. We get there only 3 minutes late and they bring us right in. I lay up on the table and she says, before we start do you want to know the sex? We both say yes. As soon as the wand hit my tummy we saw it was a boy! Be both teared up a little and she didn't say anything. I said, is it a boy and she says yes! She prints a pic right away for us and asks us how many girls we have lol. After that we rush out and go fishing; all the while still in a daze. After catching a bunch of fish we head to the balloon store and buy an 'its a boy' balloon. This is when dh and I really realize its a boy! We head to my bday party and walk in with the balloon. MIL screams and hugs us. Then when my parents come in they totally miss the balloon. My dh has to point it out to my dad and my dad tells my mom to read the balloon! LOL it sure was fun. From there I go on the next 20 weeks to have about 30 or so more ultrasounds due to some high risk problems; and yes every time I asked for the boy shot!

Seeking God for your plan

Many people ask me how to find a plan that is meant for them and how can God give it to you. For me this isn't that complicated. First off you need a personal relationship with Jesus. Now this post isn't a preachy message for the "lost" rather an explanation how I found my plan. See I believe there is only one true God. This God is full of love and compassion. But there is a void between God and us; this void is sin. Ya by now i have lost half of you because I sound to much like 'church'. Bear with me as I'm getting to the plan part.. In order for us to hear God clearly this void must be restored. The only way to repair it is to accept the that we as a human race, as a person; are broken. Face it, every where you look in the world you see bad people doing bad things. Even good people aren't prefect. But the great thing is that God has a fix to the communication break down! Jesus! He was on earth because God loves us so much that he HAD to fix our communication problems so we can see how much God loves us! So the first step in finding Gods plan for you is having a direct line to God threw Jesus. Jesus fixes this and all you have to do is ask Him. Ask Him to over look and repair your brokenness; ask Him to help you and that you are sorry for the things you do wrong and want to do right. Ask Him to be the leader of your life and the planer of all things for you. When you do this you can hear God directly. He speaks in soft whispers and will guide you in your plan. See after dd2 came I started to dive deeply into the Bible to try and understand my plan. God TOLD me to go to the book of James (great book of the Bible by the way that talks about Faith). Threw daily studding of these chapters God revealed to me my plan: what supplements to take, what method to use; everything! I have never heard God so clearly as I did while swaying for our son. So there you go.. if you put your trust in God he WILL give you your plan one way or the other.

The big players and the history of egs

EGS started back when someone from AU thought about o+12 (history of o+12 is found on ig). She successfully swayed for a girl. The next person was on the determing sex board. She figured out the lime/semen tbm. I chatted with her a few times (sorry I cant remember her name, if someone does pleas pm me and I'll up date this post). She successfully swayed for a girl as well. Then one day I was research high tech methods all upset that I couldn't afford to do it. Thats when I ran across a cow study about freezing sperm swaying for gender. I made a post on the determing sex forum about it and Shawell (our resident biologist) joined in the fun. With her help we came up with GDC/SU and Su, MSU. She chose not to sway and moved on. I on the other hand went with MSU and got our boy. The next big player was Rev (from ig) and the other gals that helped with the diets. Finally we have the ladies in the EGS forum working on the one main problem with su and msu: getting the ew to float. Those ladies are a huge help as well. All this started back in the end of 2007.

Further explanation of ions

after reading dozens of studies it goes like this:

summer = negative ions = favors girls

Fall= mix of ions with slightly more positive= slightly favors boys

Winter= positive ions = favors boys

Spring= mix of ions with slightly more negative ions= slightly favors girls

remember that

full moon= positive ions =favors boys,

a new moon = negative ions= favors girls

Also, if you live in a warmer climate the seasons will have less of effect. the seasons work with ions in two ways. First the distance of the sun (effects everyone) and second the temperature. Some people (like in Hawaii) the temps never get cold so this will have a less effect.

Also weather can change ions to. A cold front brings in more positive ions (but the storm before it has negative ions). A warm front more native ions.

A quick summery is all things nature has negative ions and all things powered have positive ions
