Today I went for my second ultrasound. I did not have my DH come with me because this is my 5th pregnancy and I thought everything would be fine. I have been feeling nauseous for most of the day. At the ultrasound the tech asked me what they told me at the last scan. I said they said one maybe two. Well, I got the surprise of my life with she told me it is triplets! I couldn't believe it, my whole body just got really hot. All three have a heartbeat and they measured 6 weeks, 6 weeks, and 6 weeks 1day. I guess we are in for an exciting ride.

I had my first OB scan today. The tech was definately able to identify one sac and she said possibly two. She referred to it as a "bonus" for my next scan. She did possibly see another spot but it was not as defined. I will go in on Monday, May 5th for another ultrasound. Hopefully, we will be able to see the heartbeat then and know if we have multiples.

Today my beta was 2223! Thank goodness. I feel so relieved. I had stressed so much the last few days that now I am exhausted. I will go tomorrow for an ultrasound. I am 15dp5dt.

I think I am going to be sick. Today beta was only up to 688. RE wanted it to be at least 700 at a minimum. Am I going to miscarry? I don't think I could handle that. Please let the numbers go way up.

Second beta today was 422, not quite what RE wanted so I have to go back in on Wednesday (4/23). I am 11dp5dt.

Well, I continued to POAS every day and the line progressively turned darker! Today I went in for my first beta the number was 153! I am truely pregnant! Yeah!

This morning I am 5dp5dt and I decided to POAS------It was negative. I hope it is just too early.

Update: Still 5dp5dt and POAS again this evening. I sat the test on the counter next to me and took my contacts out and washed my face. When I looked up from washing my face I saw the faintest positive line! Can this be true? I am so excited.

Well since my RE was out of town last week I had to wait until today for the frozen embryo tranfer. We were relieve that the first two embies thawed made it, we still have one frozen. I did the acupuncture before and after the transfer, no big deal, though the needles in the ear did kind of hurt. My bladder was so full I thought I would die, RE gave me a catheter immediately following transfer, so I wouldn't have to suffer any longer. RE says he has a "good feeling" this time. Did he not last time? I really hope this works. DH is home today and tomorrow then its the weekend, he is taking care of the boys so I can relax.

Started Lupron today. I am excited to start this process again. I hope it works. What can I do differently this time? One thing for sure, I am doing bed rest this time.

We had our consult today with RE regarding a FET. I wanted to transfer the remaining 3 embryos, but RE will only do 2 with his PGD patients. He says he is confident he will get ust pregnant. I just don't know. I will go in next week to check my progesterone level. If all is good I can start the FET protocol.

Went for my beta hCG test today. It came back negative. How can this be? I am fertile, my DH is fertile. Why could we not get pregnant? I don't understand. Will I ever be a mom to girls?

Embryo Transfer was today. Wouldn't you know that I woke up with severe diarrhea. How was I suppose to hold 24 oz of fluid in my bladder when I have to go to the bathroom every 15 minutes. I mentioned it to my RE, he didn't seem concerned. I thought it was nerves, but now I am convinced maybe I am sick. We transferred two embryos.

Oh the fertility report was 41 of the 49 eggs were mature. 35 were able to be fertilized, but we ended up with 5 girls that made it through PGD and to the blastocyst stage.

I haven't felt the greatest these past few days. Today is retrieval day, finding a baby sitter was hard for us. We had to leave the house at 6:00am. The good news is that they retrieved 49 eggs! I can't believe it. There has to be some girls in there once they are fertilized.

I trigger tonight at 10:00pm. I am so nervous, this is it. I can't wait to find out how many eggs we will have. I am so bloated, do I look pregnant already?

I went in for blood work and ultrasound today. If all goes well I can start stims tomorrow. They saw more than 10 follicles on each side.
