Comments: PGD for gender selection is theoretically perfect, barring a human error, or possibly a rare abnormality in the sex chromosomes.
Note that other forms of PGD testing that are not for gender selection (for chromosomal abnormalities and single gene disorders) are not perfect, and have an error rate.
